• Masks / Sampling Jigs:
• Translucent and transparent materials require a Light Block Mask to prohibit ambient light from adversely effecting the measurement.
• Sampling larger surfaces in Batch Mode requires strict adherence to protocols to maximize repeatability. A sampling jig will standardize sampling locations.
• Lift Pads allow particles to be removed from any surface and measured ‘off-line’ using the PartSens:
• Rectangular Mats (7 x 20 cm & 13 x 36 cm)
• Circular Discs (31 mm & 41 mm)
• Custom sizes available
• Complete Lift Pad Kit (includes pads, tweezers, & holder)
• Sampling Head Dies, Collars & Mounts
• Automating the PartSens requires a custom die to secure the measuring head to the robot for consistent and repeatable results.
• Collars can be designed to suit your needs such as standardizing sampling position on irregular surfaces or smaller components/coupons (<31mm) |
