Our technical director went to the Israeli Ci-semi factory for inspection on December,2008. Research Ci-semi’s product lines, the products technology, market share. A detailed discussion of the agency for Ci-sem’s products : such as the agency agreement, payment terms, delivery and other details. Our company has gotten the right as the exclusive sale agent in China, This travel is a good beginning for CI in China.

 

After-sales service engineer went to original Tigeroptics and Meeco in American Warrington for 7 days training on Sep,2011. During the training the original factory engineers provided symmetric training. The principle including product performance, use and maintenance repair attention for operation. And assessment at the end of the training, passed the examination , certificate of after- sales service engineer issued the by the original.

 

Our company sales and after- sales service engineers were invited for a 3 days training to Vietnam on February, 2013. During the training the original factory engineers provided symmetric training. Including new product performance, operation, maintenance repair and other notices and comparative advantage of new and old models. This abroad training, provide more timely product information and skills training for employees, to achieve good communication between suppliers and agents.

 

 

 

 

In 2013 May, ISRAEL CI held training /a forum in Shanghai, attended by the sales staff and customer service service engineers. Provided symmetric training for our sals and after-sales engineers. This training seminars, timely provide more product information and skills training, establish a good platform between the original factory agents and customers, to be timely feedback, formulate emergency mechanism for efficient problem solving. For the future development of CI in China market, provide strong support to perfect after- sales service.

Hong Kong and Macao 4 days traveling

In 2011 September, our staffs went to Macau for a company retreat. We visited some places of interest in Macau and spent some time trying our luck in the casino. The next day we took ferry from Macaa to Hong Kong, visited the Repulse Bay, Victoria Peak and the Victoria Harbour at night.We also tried and enjoyed all kinds of local food in Hong Kong like the curry fish balls, smelly bean curd, dim sum among many others. Two days later, we went shopping in Tsim Sha Tsui and everyone went back to Shanghai with a big smile on their face.

This trip gave our staffs a chance to get away from our busy schedule, enjoy and relax. It also edify and enhance the cohesiveness and bonds between staffs Such is the saying “Work hard, play hard”.

 

Vietnam's 4 days tour

Sales performance in 2012 of our company is the first on agents, which is beyond the original expectations.As reward,the original factory invited our sales engineer for 4 days of travel. on February ,2013.We arrived at the Sheraton Hotel of Hu Zhiming city in the evening of the first day, sharing dinner with the original members.The original members and our sales, engineer visited the famous of Hu Zhiming city on the second days, such as the City Hall Hu Zhiming, warfare tunnel during the Vietnam War, War Museum, the oldest post office in Hu Zhiming city, built in the French colonial cathedral. And share a dinner at the end of the trip. The tourism provides a good overseas travel experience for the staff, everyone enjoy the tropical scenery, a taste of authentic Vietnamese Food. Relax more, also improve the future work enthusiasm and confidence.
